THE MIRACLE RIVER.
This is a true story about a river with a strip of dry land of about seven metres wide. There was once a small village nestled in the rolling hills of the countryside. The villagers were known for their hard work and close-knit community, but they struggled with one major problem: a lack of water.
The village was situated near a river, but it was often too shallow to provide the necessary irrigation for their crops. The villagers had to rely on sporadic rainfall to water their fields, and many years were spent in drought.
One day, a group of villagers were out walking along the river when they noticed something strange. The water level had receded, revealing a strip of dry land about 4 meters wide.
At first, the villagers were skeptical. They had never seen anything like this before, and they weren't sure what to make of it. But as the days passed, the strip of continue to widen upto to about 7 meters .
The people in this village believed that it is their God who built a natural bridge for them, they nicknamed the river " kiama" river meaning the miracle river. The waters in that river are believed to be holy therefore the villagers couldcontaminate it any way.
When the good news about the miracle river with a natural bridge spread, people from all corners of that country travelled to that village to see the river and especially the seven metres strip of the dry land. Majority of the people could carry some containers to fetch the holy water and take it to their homes.
As the days passed by the news were spread internationally and many tourists could visit the country with an urge of specifically visiting the village to witness the miracle. Hence the kiama river became an important tourists attraction site which earned the country much revenue.
Sad news is that there was one white man a tourist who died in the riverðŸ˜ðŸ˜. I forgot to inform you that where the strip of dry land began there was a very deep dark hole. The tourist with his suspicious nature tried to enter into the whole to see what might be inside it and that's how he lost his life. No has ever seen his dead body because no one dared to enter the whole.
Many years have passed and the dry strip of dry land is still there, no further enlargement or decreasing. About five years ago some scientist travelled to area, took some pictures and measures but were unable to explain the physics/ chemistry/ biology behind it,all they got were some oral traditions from some villagers on how it came into existence.I believe the information was exaggerated or distorted because this was a new generation who were never there during it formation.Or how do you think about it?
Moral lesson from the story
God is real so real indeed
Nothing is impossible to our God
God is our provide like the way provided the natural bridge to the people
